We developed an AI solution that transcripts live during the conversation. After the conversation, we generate the summary, which the agent can possibly add and then save.

The summary focuses on Vitens' processes. For example, it not only contains the customer's question and the employee's answer, but also, for example, the agreements made, such as which meter reading was processed or when a move has been processed.

The solution works very fast, the summary is available within seconds of the call. This allows employees to focus on the conversation, to promote quality and customer satisfaction, and the time that is saved can be used to pay more attention to the customer.
